The Return of Geoffrey Gilmore
Posted August 7th, 2008 at 7:59 pm by C47I know I just finished writing about my adventures with Gilmore, but that happened a few months ago.
Well, Geoffrey is back and I’m driving him around again. I’ve gone up from a Dodge Caravan to a giant Suburban (9 MPG!).
Stay tuned, because more adventures are about to happen.
(And a shout out to all the film schoolers who’ve discovered C&C)

So what’s he doing in Tallahassee? Inquiring minds must know!

It’s the thesis screening for the graduate program and an annual film school gala, so he’s an invited guest. He’s also talking to the soon-to-graduate students (my class).
More TK Anne!

Oh yeah! I was supposed to be at that party last night, or something. I have an invitation around here somewhere. I guess I was invited because my son was in one of the films.
I’m sick, though.

C47, I requested this on Twitter but just in case you missed it…
Can you make a blog posting about the books that are “required reading” for you, and what classes require those books?
Also, what’s your opinion on film school for a guy who’s already immersed in the film world by producing my own independent films?
I have a huge network for crewsman, as well as talent. Plus I have rental houses that I’ve worked with a lot in the past… just trying to figure out if Film School is the route to take, or if I should just keep going via the “head first” approach.
